WHY WATERS LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE?
The Waters Leadership Institute is designed to give individuals firsthand ministry experience. Students will gain experience by working with the Pastors and staff of The Waters Church in multiple departments to gain a rounded ministry overview. This School of Ministry is ideal for people who are seeking purpose and practical experience and application in church ministry. Our goal is to practically train Students to be pastors & leaders to be sent out to grow the big “C” Church, outside the walls of the Waters Church.

Waters Leadership Institute's helps bridge the gap between what is learned in the classroom and what you experience in real life. During your time at WLI, you will learn and serve in every area of ministry from Youth & Kids, to Hospitality, Tech & Creative, and More.
You will get leadership lessons weekly from our Waters Church staff. Offering practical experience, mentorship, field trips, and skill development.

That’s why we intentionally create an environment where our students can encounter and learn about the heart of God through daily devotionals, Scripture studies, inspiring conferences, book studies, and biblical communities.

ACADEMICS & MINISTRY CREDENTIALS
In addition to weekly scripture memorization and scripture study, students will take classes from Global University & Burean School of the Bible; they will take 6 classes their first year and take 4 classes their second year. These classes will fulfill the the necessary requirements to gain Ministerial Credentials through the Assemblies of God in MN. Which they are able to apply for and receive in Spring of their second year.
Waters Leadership Institute Students will go in depth on Old Testament & New Testament, study the Gospels of Christ, as well as learn key Doctrine and Theology of the Assemblies of God and Christianity.
