Our goal in the Nursery is to provide a safe, peaceful, and loving environment for your little one. Our caring leaders will pray over your child, tend to their individual needs, and make sure they feel loved and cared for while you enjoy service.
How do I check in my child?
If this is your first time at The Waters Church, welcome! When you arrive, head to the Information Desk in our main lobby. Our team will help you register your family, check in your child, and guide you to the correct room. You can also find the location of the Information Desk on the map at the bottom of this page!
Do I need to bring diapers or snacks?
We've got you covered! We provide diapers in all sizes and snacks (teethers) for your child. If your child requires a specific type of diaper or has any dietary restrictions, feel free to bring what they need and let one of our room leaders know at drop-off.
What if my child cries or needs me?
We understand that being somewhere new can be overwhelming for little ones! If your child becomes upset, our leaders will comfort them and help them feel safe. We typically allow about 10 minutes to help a child settle before calling or texting the phone number on their check-in sticker. We will never keep your child from you, and you're always welcome to check on them!
Who will be taking care of my child?
Your child's safety is our priority! Our Nursery is staffed by trusted, background-checked volunteers who are committed to providing a safe and loving environment. Our team will care for your child's needs and pray over them throughout service.
How do I pick up my child?
After service, return to the Nursery and present the security tag you received at check-in. Our team will match your tag with your child's information to ensure a safe and secure pickup.
